I've always had a passion for small business. And when one of my best friends started one it took a community of friends to help get it started. Grrrnola (see what we did there) began on my front porch with a beer in hand, the name started as a brilliant joke and then stuck. We started with a vision of strength and adventure, which lead us to use a reimagined California flag. The core idea for the brand is representing the variety of California and how each of us reflects it's beauty in different ways. We balanced feminine and masculine notes in this brand to strike a balance of who and where this delicious bounty should be eaten.
